LevinWell Fitness & Rehab offers a hybrid model of care including skilled Physical/Occupational Therapy services (PT/OT), fitness programming, and wellness support. LevinWell Fitness & Rehab was founded as a result of our passion for helping individuals at home and in the community.
We accept Medicare and other private insurances.
